1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Toro Coach (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Toro Coach is a product of Three Bulls Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 98 700 307 991), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. Three Bulls is a trading name of THREE BULLS CONSULTING PTY LTD. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Toro Coach is a training management platform that connects to your intervals.icu account to surface training data, track fitness and form, and provide AI-assisted coaching insights via Toro AI (powered by Anthropic’s Claude). Toro AI operates using Toro Coach’s own Anthropic account; you do not need to provide an API key. Use of Claude features is subject to Anthropic’s terms of service and usage policies.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Third-party integrations

Toro Coach connects to the following third-party services to deliver its features. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to your use of their services.

  • intervals.icu. A valid intervals.icu account is required to use Toro Coach. We access your training data, fitness metrics, and activity history via the intervals.icu API on your behalf. We read this data to power the Service; we do not write to or modify your intervals.icu data. Your use of intervals.icu is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI). AI coaching and analysis features are powered by Anthropic’s Claude models. When you use these features, relevant portions of your training data are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate responses. Toro Coach operates these features using its own Anthropic account (you do not need to provide an API key). Data sent to Anthropic is subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy and usage policies.
  • Stripe. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. Toro Coach does not store your full payment card details; all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Your use of the billing features is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. If any of these integrations become unavailable, some features of the Service may be limited or temporarily unavailable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and software comprising the Service is the property of Toro Coach or its licensors. Your training data remains yours; you grant Toro Coach a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Training recommendations generated by AI are not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toro Coach’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time; your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
