Track your gear

Shoes, bikes, and accessories, with distance logged and replacement thresholds.

Adding gear

Open Gear.

Daniel’s Vaporfly 3s (612 of 800km) and Émonda SLR — real accumulated distance, not a fresh zero.
  • Gear covers shoes, trail shoes, and bikes — items whose distance you want tracked.
  • Accessories covers everything else — wetsuit, goggles, swim fins, running vest, poles, headlamp — with no distance tracking.
  • For shoes, trail shoes, and bikes you can set a maximum distance; Toro Coach tracks logged kilometres against it as a replacement threshold.

How distance gets logged

Gear tags itself onto activities from the Post-Workout tab on a session (see Review a session in depth), and kilometres accumulate automatically from there — you don’t need to add distance by hand after every session.

Retiring gear

Retire gear instead of deleting it once you stop using it — it keeps its full history but drops out of the Post-Workout tagging list, so old shoes stop showing up as an option on new sessions.
