Athlete and coach plan tiers, AI add-ons, coach seats, and every billing state.
Athlete plans
- Free — planning basics and account setup.
- Pro — full activity history, analytics, training-load graphs, zones, laps, gear, and Claude/MCP access.
- Pro AI — everything in Pro, plus in-app AI chat, performance-insight cards, and race-readiness analysis.
- Elite AI — a higher AI tier. Visible as coming soon; it cannot be purchased yet.

Upgrading (e.g. Pro to Pro AI) takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge shown before you confirm. Downgrading (e.g. Pro AI to Pro) takes effect at your next renewal — you keep your current tier’s access until then, with no partial refund for the time remaining.
Coach plans and seats
- Coach Pro — the full coaching operation with AI included on your own training.
- Coach Starter — coaching tools without AI, with an optional AI add-on you can attach for your own training (see Profile → Subscription for current add-on pricing).
- Coach members (a coach seat under an owner’s org) can each attach their own personal AI or Elite AI add-on, independent of the org owner’s plan.

Billing states
- Active — renews on the date shown.
- Cancelling — your access continues until the period end date shown.
- Past due — your card failed; update your payment method to restore access.
- Lapsed — your subscription ended; paid features are locked until you resubscribe.
- Included with your coach account — for coach members whose billing is entirely managed by the org owner.
